Tamiya’s RC version of the Cascadia Evolution faithfully recreates the real semi truck's efficient form and includes some metal chassis parts. The Cascadia Evolution’s highly aerodynamic form was accurately reproduced, thanks to extensive research and cooperation from Freightliner/Daimler. The Tamiya Freightliner Cascadia Evolution also features accurate interior details such as seats and dashboard. Gloss and matte finished metal-plated parts further heighten the model's realism.

- Servos: Two standard size for steering and shifting
- Electronic Speed Control: Tamiya TEU302BK (TAMM3178) recommended, do not use the Tamiya TEU101BK or the TEU104BK
