This is the 1/10 scale electric powered 4WD TB EVO.6MS ver. II chassis kit from Tamiya. This next step in the TB Evolution line of shaft-driven 4WD racing machines had its start in the year 2000. Since then, the design has matured with each new release. The TB EVO 6 continues this tradition of change by incorporating new design elements and parts that have been proven on Tamiya's other 4WD touring car platforms.
The TB EVO 6 features the same drivetrain as the
TB-04 tub chassis machine which utilizes a horizontally positioned motor
for optimum balance of torque displacement. TRF designers also took the
liberty to incorporate other enhancements to create the perfect weapon
for spec-motor club racing. These enhancements include TRF418 suspension
parts, as well as parts carried over from the TB-04.
The TB
EVO.6 MS takes it all a step further, including aluminum parts and
big-bore dampers. The end result is an incredibly powerful performance
car that's right at home on high-traction race tracks.
